05. Customer data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant syntetix a limited right to process your data solely to provide and improve the Services, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. You are responsible for ensuring lawful collection and use of all data, content, and URLs submitted for analysis.

06. AI-generated output disclaimer

Audit findings, recommendations, and AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making independent business, legal, financial, or technical decisions.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless syntetix, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction identified in your commercial agreement or, if none applies, by the laws where syntetix is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
